Real Estate Disclosure Packet Request/ Resale Certificate

This is the official request to receive a Real Estate HOA Resale Certificate Packet.  Generally the seller is responsible for providing this to the prospective buyer.  Regardless, the Buyer will be held to all the rules and regulations of the HOA.  In Bay Quarters, membership in the HOA is mandatory for all property owners in accordance with Virginia law.  Please complete this form and send it in to the Chesapeake Accounting Group, who handles such requests, in accordance with the instructions on the document.
