Reminder- Bay Quarter Shores property owner dues increased in the August billing to $300. Bay Quarter is still the amongst the lowest HOA dues in Virginia. Associate Membership dues increased to $400.

To obtain the required Resale Certificate, which is required for a seller to provide to a buyer, can be obtained by going to the About- Real Estate Resale Disclosure Request on this website (link below). This will automatically route the request to the correct person to handle it. For Bay Quarter Shores the Chesapeake Accounting Group manages such requests through this official request.
