Only 15 minutes from an ACE Hardware and 10 minutes from a large grocery store. We have a number of great amenities available to members including:
Sandy Beach
At the entrance to Presley Creek, at the end of Bay Quarter Drive for members and their guests only.
Campground
Available to members and allows short term camping with bath house and utilities- daily, weekly, and full-season camping, between April 1st and December 31st.
Boat Ramp
Available for the use of all members year round.
Swimming Pool
The pool is available for members and their guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Hunting Area
By permit only for members.
Short Term Boat Dock
Short term community dock for smaller boats.
Tennis Courts
Two courts for members use off Barn Road at Presley Creek Drive
Large Clubhouse with Internet via WiFi
Clubhouse with a full kitchen for meetings and gatherings. The Clubhouse is not available for reservations from Memorial Day through Labor Day. High speed WIFI available at the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse hours are 8am to 9pm, doors automatically lock after hours.
