Fee Schedule

Membership
  • Annual Regular member dues- $350
  • Associate Member- $425 (NEW applicants, never having been an Associate member before joining on or after July 15th will receive a 50% one time discount).
  • Pool guest fee (non-members) per person, per day = $5 at the pool gate.  A 10-visit guest pass can be purchased for $45. Cash or checks only.
Campground
  • Full season campsite rate (4/1-12/31): $1150 + $400 refundable deposit + plus utilities
  • Short-term campsite without electric/water hookups - Daily rate: $20/night + $50 refundable deposit
  • Short-term campsite with electric/water hookups - Daily rate: $40/night + $100 refundable deposit
  • Short-term campsite with electric/water hookups - Weekly rate: $240/week + $200 refundable deposit
Clubhouse Reservation
  • The clubhouse can only be reserved for private functions before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend. It cannot be reserved for private functions during the peak summer season.
  • There is no charge for members to reserve the clubhouse.
  • A $100 refundable deposit is required.
 
Administrative
  • Resale Certificate

  • Returned Check Fee- $50 per occurrence
  • Delinquent Dues
    • Filing Fees- $65 per occurrence
    • 24% per annum late fee
Misc
  • Garden Plots- $20 per plot, per season
