Associate Member Application
By submitting this application for Associate Membership, I agree to abide by the terms herein AND all BQS Covenants, rules and regulations. I understand that Associate Membership grants to me, my spouse, and the unmarried dependent members of my family the privilege of using the common facilities at Bay Quarter Shores, Inc. The membership may be cancelled at any time by action of the Board of Directors, after notice to me. I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations covering the use of the facilities as well as all BQS Covenants, rules and regulations or other laws of respective jurisdictions. I agree to protect, defend, indemnify and save Bay Quarter Shores, Inc. from, and against all claims, losses, damages, costs, judgments, and expenses arising out of any actual or alleged injury, (including death), to any person or damage to any property, or any other damage or loss, by whomever suffered, resulting from, or in any way connected with the my family member’s or guest(s)’ actions; provided, this provision shall not apply to injuries or damages caused solely by the negligence of the association. By signing this application, applicant has agreed that all members and guests will abide by the rules and regulations as established by Bay Quarter Shores, Inc. and its members. The BQS fiscal year runs from 9/1-8/31. Effective with the beginning of fiscal year 2026-2027, the annual Associate Membership fee is $425. Regardless of join date, all Associate Memberships terminate on 8/31 if not renewed by that date. Terminated associate members must submit a new application in order to be considered for reinstatement of member benefits. Any new Associate Member joining on or after July 15th will be charged the annual fee discounted by 50%. This discount is only available to new Associate Members who are purchasing BQS Associate Membership for the first time ever.
Process
After you complete this application and submit, it will be reviewed, if acceptable you will receive a message that it is approved PENDING PAYMENT. You will receive final approval after payment is received. You can check back here to see what the status is. Payments may be mailed or dropped off at the BQS Clubhouse.
